What if I am on vacation and have no cellular reception?

Don't worry. Before we release any data, the system runs through an intensive schedule of reminders via email, SMS, and automated phone calls spread over 30 days. Additionally, you can easily schedule vacation pauses in your portal.

Can you see my passwords or documents?

No, never. Encryption happens on your computer, not on our servers. We only store an unreadable, coded file. Without the unique key—assembled upon a verified handover—no one can access it, including us.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your AutoHandover Portal. Your data will remain encrypted and securely stored.
